Baltej Singh fully understands all of the elements that make up any property investment scenario. For the past seven years, he has been heavily involved in his own business as a developer and residential rental property investor focussing primarily on the wider Auckland catchment area for his projects and many individual and commercial clients.
A fluent speaker of Punjabi, Hindi and English, Baltej came to New Zealand from India with his family as a teenager. Baltej completed business studies at Unitec and went on to enrol at the New Zealand Police College in Wellington. He then realised that his desire to make a difference and help people was more constructively redirected at building homes, rental property investment and land development. He returned to Auckland in 2015 and has worked on a wide range of real estate projects.
